We offer two types of products:

Digital Products (SVG Files):

Instant download after purchase
For personal and small commercial use only (see License section)
Non-refundable once downloaded

Physical Products (Handmade Wood Art):

Custom laser-cut stadium art pieces
Made to order and shipped within 3-5 business days
Subject to our Return Policy

3. LICENSE & USAGE RIGHTS

Digital File License:

When you purchase a digital SVG file, you receive a license to:

Use the file for personal projects (gifts, home decor, etc.)
Create physical items for small commercial sale (up to 500 finished items)
Use with cutting machines, laser cutters, or other crafting tools

You may NOT:

Resell, redistribute, or share the digital file
Claim the design as your own
Use for mass production (500+ units)
Include files in digital bundles or freebies
Upload to print-on-demand services without permission

All designs remain the intellectual property of Stadium Layered Studio.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our stadium designs are original artwork created by Stadium Layered Studio. We respect intellectual property rights and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any professional sports league (MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL) or team.

Team names, logos, and trademarks are property of their respective owners. Our products are fan art and not official licensed merchandise.

5. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are in USD
Prices subject to change without notice
Payment processed securely through Shopify Payments
Sales tax applied where applicable

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Digital Products:

Delivered instantly via email/download link after payment

Physical Products:

Ships within 3-5 business days
Shipping times vary by location (3-7 business days domestic)
Tracking information provided
Customer responsible for customs/duties on international orders

We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by shipping carriers
Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customer

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Summary:

Digital files: Non-refundable
Physical products: 14-day return window for unused items
Damaged items: Full refund/replacement

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Stadium Layered Studio is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits or data
Issues arising from misuse of digital files
Errors in cutting/production by customer using our digital files

Maximum liability: Amount paid for the product

9. DISCLAIMER

Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee:

Compatibility with all cutting machines/software
Specific results from using our files
Uninterrupted website access

10. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

11. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use our site or products to:
