RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Digital Products
All digital downloads (SVG files) are final sale and non-refundable due to the nature of digital goods. Once the file has been downloaded, we cannot issue a refund or exchange.
If you experience technical issues with your download or file quality, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we'll work to resolve the issue.
Physical Products (Handmade Wood Pieces)
We want you to love your custom laser-cut stadium art! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Return Window: 14 days from delivery date
Condition: Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Refund: Full refund of product price (minus original shipping costs) once item is received and inspected
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage
- We will send a replacement at no cost OR issue a full refund (including shipping)
We cover return shipping for damaged/defective items.
Custom Orders
Custom designs or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.
How to Request a Return

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of item (if applicable)
We'll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
